Happy 3rd birthday to my baby boy who gives me “squeezy” cuddles and blows the most delightful kisses.

Hi Sweetie, we went to Spanish Classes again tonight.
Dad was right, we should have gone to woodwork.
But we will keep it up but man its going to require some work, but what romantic language.

Hi Hay … gosh no need to apologise …. my google reader is full to the max and I won’t let myself read them till I’m ready to sit down and comment (my new years resolution and all, lol). We actually celebrated his birthday the day earlier but got no photos camera was flat. Hope you guys are well!
hey love, its great to be able to have lunch at work and be able to check out these photos. makes my day.
Spanish will be okay, we have just got to practise more. Its just last night was the numbers, and I am not good at numbers - funny that, I was great at working out IP networks but not so great at remembers an actual ip address.
So doing it in Spanish was a “freaking” nightmare and no joke. next week I plan to have read the next chapter before we go - and yes dad will have to as well.
Although we have the Spanish Phrases for Dummies book which is excellent, and I am only half way through the first chapter. And I have just been given an excellent Cd that is interactive so that will help. I think Dad, Uncle Paul, aunty Donna and I are the only true beginners in the class.. Its going to be fun.

Went to pattern making last night, Jacinta I do wish I had done this before, learning so much.
I wont need to buy patterns in the future, I will be able to make my own, which is great, but a way to go yet.
16 sleeps till we get on the plan and 17 till I see the munchkins.

Hi Guys,
We went to Spanish tonight, its tough but interesting, I think your Dad has a secret plan to let me do the work and speak the Spanish while he tags along and just pretends.
In fact I tackled him about it tonight after class, if I’m learning, he’s learning. But gosh hes funny.
We’re down to half the class - half have pulled out - have to admit I have considered it, pattern making is way more fun.
10 days, 17 hours and 7 minutes till our plan takes off ….
Lots of love and hugs - oh I just read that the South of the South Island has had the best summer, read warmest, in 10 years and the country is basking in a long summer. Thank goodness el nino seems to have come to an end because this was what summer was like until the last shitty 10 years or so.
Hope Jack isn’t driving you insane, and the kids are keeping busy.

Hello Hello, or Hola (oohla) which I am sure that Xanthe knows, I must try that on her next time we chat.
There are two lovely smiles staring up at me on my pc, just below the screen, its always a joy to see their lovely (but chocolate covered) faces on entering my office. Actually on that note, I have brought two tin houses, one girlie and one not, for their Easter gift - just in case you were looking at those too. And I wonder if you and Aaron and Desarei are past the Easter Egg stage or not - let me know.
How are the munckkins, driving you insance - thats okay thats what kids are for. When they get older, once they get through the “I hate my parents they’re useless stage” they will really appreciate what you do for them. Particularly when they start looking around at other folks experiences.
I bet they love you and Aaron lots and lots though even when they are testing the boundaries, the good old boundaries. You can always ship them off to us if you want a break, gosh we will be able to organize that in a year or so, not long now.
I have 10 sleeps to go, that 10 SLEEPS TO GO, and I am counting the seconds.
Do you want me to bring anyt hing down for you - perhaps from the kids clothes shop in Henderson where you got the Dinasaur shirts, or anything else?

Oh the cutesters are soooo cute.
Give them a bit hug for me and tell them its practise for when nana and pops comes NEXT WEEK. And get them to line up the books they want read so we can get through as many as possible.

Well I just though I would look in on those beautiful wee photos before I head off to be and my pc tells me its 6 days, 16 hours 32 minutes and 54 seconds till the plane takes off. yahoo
Aunty Catherine is coming tomorrow about 1.30 and Sunday there is Aunty Joans birthday, I think shes 90 or 86 not sure exactly, and we are going to that. Will be able to catch with all of dads extended family that are in the upper north island. Should be interesting.

Hello hello everyone its 4 SLEEPS and I can’t wait to see you all.
I have Spanish (oh yay) tonight and then pattern making so Monday and tesday always go fast and I am zapped Wednesday , so I just have to make it through thursday and then we are on our way.
Can’t wait to give you all big hug and your calm placid dad starting talking about what we would take - 2 WEEKS AGO, not that he would admit it.

Did you get that txt of chantelles fridge, it probably didnt make sense but if you send it to you email, or I will you will see the montage of photos she has on her fridge, and Rachel and Joseph has something similar on their noticeboard.
Hey Mum!!! I really should update my blog huh? I’m just been slack and have been using my computer time for other stuff, lately.
Not long to go now … hope you have fun at Spanish tonight. After all his travel from being in the Navy, Aaron has never been one to “want to travel” anymore. But on the weekend admitted he’d like to visit Italy. Oh, just maybe I’ll have to work on that one …. would lurve to visit Italy. And of course would love to go back to Japan, and Aunty Catherine has invited us to Hong Kong too. And I haven’t done any travel since I stopped working. Ummm.

I am so excited and have this huge grin on my face, It can’t go fast enough.
Its so lovely to see the munchkins when I logged on, glad you didn’t change it.
I am packing already and I have a list of things i want to bring back with me, specifically that lovely gold bedspread that you and Aaron gave me. It was in packed in the white car so didnt make it back.
I am nearly finshed Xaviers blanket and I a have started on Xanthes and I am still knitting the cardy for Xavier, but I will bring that with me and try and get it done while I am down there at night.
