A little DIY, and a whole lotta Gocco

New “old” furniture in my workspace ….

And fun with my Gocco.  I finally got the courage to burn my first screen and did a print run with some artwork from Xanthe …

oh that furniture is scrummy. I love the two little birds, lol. Great work on the prints!

Thanks Hay. I’m so totally into white distressed furniture at the moment, kinda like old country style French furniture (I can dream, lol). I was so lucky to find those two little birdies on the clearance table at our local plant store for $5 bucks. It’s a bird feeder, but the bowl is perfect for holding my stuff.

Hi. Gocco’s are so much fun. I got it ages ago, but only just got the courage to play around with it the other day. It’s a little home-hobby screen-printing unit, designed for the domestic Japanese market. They don’t make them anymore, but you can still get them …. although in a few years time it will be really hard to source the screens and bulbs.

    Hi love.

sorry you were asleep when I rang yesterday will try again later.

Hope your weekend went well and the kids are fine.

Is Xavier okay at kindy, no more pants issues.

IT was lovely to have all that time with them and both of you. Its going to be great at Xmas, I can’t wait. I got Xavier his own pack of cards with diggers and trucks on so we can play snap and pairs with his in case Xanthe is not so sure about using her fairy ones

    Hi love,

I know Desarei is going to talk to you on the weekend about the kids and the wedding, which I thought she had already done, but have a look at the pattern I brought on the weekend for the girls, its on my blog site. its knit so it s easy to make and will fit easily. You guys have to decide about Xavier but I will make him a kerchief to match.
I hope you guys have a lovely day.

    Lots of love mum

    Hello sweetie, how are you.

I called the other day and you were on the couch having a snooze, good for you.

Hope you are all well and happy.

I notice the xmas rush has started.

I am sending your christmas present, Desaries, Chantelle’s and Rachels down to Desarie’s place to be stored till we get there - directly from the vendor I have been laybying them from. Other wise I have to get them on the plane and thats a hassle.

Anyway, you have to promise not to take a peek when they arrive.

They will go in her garage till we arrive. OUt of the way there I think.

So looking forward to seeing you all again and having xmas with you all, which is so exciting.

I am in the process of cutting out the girls dresses, but I dont expect them to take long. I will make Xavier one of his cowboy kerchief\bib things, but have you and Desarei decided what hes wearing? Does he know hes going to be part of it, in fact have you guys told the kids at all?

Lovely to have a wedding in the family and pleased its Desarei, good to know she will have someone.

Well, have a lovely day sweetie and love to you all.

The weather was lovely today, I think I heard you had a lovely day too, I havent checked though as I seem to be have been asleep all afternoon.

Have a lovely day, I will catch up with you some time tomrrow.

    lots of love to all.
